Welcome to Bethi B’s Coffee Shop! This is a dream come to fruition and I’m so excited to be in the coffee business! I am a teacher by trade but left teaching in 2016 to pursue full-time crisis and disaster relief work. I had the privilege of doing that for 2 1/2 years. Then, I moved to Florida at the end of 2018 to be closer to my mother. As a result of my time working with those in the midst crisis, I hope to one day use my mobile coffee unit so that I can serve those directly affected by crisis and disaster.
I got my start in the coffee business under the business name of Sweet Aromas in 2021. I had a coffee cart in the corner of the Fancy Leaf Plant Co. So much fun! The business started to really grow and expand.
The name change to Bethi B’s happened in 2023. My older sister and best friend unexpectedly passed away and I knew I needed to rebrand and name the coffee shop after her. Her name is Bethany but I liked to call her Bethi. Her favorite color is blue which inspired the color scheme. The logo is her actual handwriting taken from one of the birthday cards she’d given me throughout the years. We had planned on her joining me in the business so that fact also made the name change make sense. She loved coffee and so do I!
